Terms of Service

1. Accounts and security

Provide an email that can receive verification codes and protect your account, email, password, codes, and devices. Do not share credentials, bypass quotas, abuse APIs, attack the service, or impersonate another person.

2. Product purpose and third-party platforms

The product assists cross-language communication, customer management, and file sending. It does not replace your review of quotations, contracts, outgoing content, or business decisions. You must follow the rules of WhatsApp, browser stores, translation providers, and applicable law.

3. Plans, billing, renewals, and refunds

Free, Plus, Pro, Max, and Team have finite limits. Features, currency, price, billing period, applicable tax, and automatic-renewal terms are shown before purchase. Automatically renewing subscriptions renew on the confirmed schedule until cancelled; price changes are notified before taking effect. Sandbox transactions do not charge real money or grant live paid entitlements.

For initial purchases and every renewal, requests submitted within 72 hours of successful payment qualify for a full refund of that subscription payment. Greater rights under Paddle policies and applicable law remain unaffected. See /refunds for details. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund prior payments; non-refunded access normally continues to period end. Successful refunds revoke access for the refunded period and stop subsequent renewal of the corresponding subscription.

Paddle-processed transactions are subject to its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Payment documents are provided by the payment channel. Features marked planned, in development, or Beta are not a promise of production delivery.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the product for illegal, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, spam-like, or non-consensual marketing activity, or to evade WhatsApp restrictions. Campaigns accept only one-to-one contacts recorded as explicitly opted in. After an administrator confirms a campaign, messages are sent one at a time in the open WhatsApp Web browser under the configured frequency limits. You must ensure the consent source is genuine and promptly record and honor opt-outs.

5. Cloud content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you lawfully upload and confirm that you may process and send it. You grant only the permission needed to provide the feature you select. Product code, brand, and interface remain with their respective rights holders.

6. Availability, suspension, and termination

Translation, speech, and AI output may be inaccurate. Review critical names, quantities, prices, and terms before sending. Networks, WhatsApp page changes, and third-party services may cause interruptions.

We may restrict or suspend accounts or features for security risk, illegal use, platform abuse, or serious impact on other users, and provide an explanation or appeal route where practical.

7. Liability, changes, and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable beyond mandatory legal requirements for unreviewed user content, third-party platform changes, or indirect business loss. The date changes when these terms change; material updates may be announced in product or on the website.
